THE LAUNDERETTE is the collaboration of a handful of photographers, writers, designers and other influential artists exploring various creative processes.
In 2007 the new web site was redone as a project of a local studio called Avenue.
The collaboration of artists, under one name, are devoted to integrity and style through various forms of prose and mode.
The online edition allows for an innovative connection between all areas of the world; it has proven to be of benefit to a large audience of people searching for impersonal stimulation and inspiration. The Launderette Prose offers a unique editorial context not available in biannual fashion magazines and explores various themes in its essays.
Publishing quarterly, the journal strives to deliver essay and aesthetic, prose and fashion, in a most impersonal manner for the benefit of both the viewer and the maker.
